“Pray about everything”

In Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7, Paul writes, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”

Once again, here is another example of the beautiful writing of Paul. It is hard to follow these verses because they are simply beautiful and poetic. I love how he tells us that with our prayer and gratitude, we will experience a peace from God that exceeds our understanding.

It was so relaxing for me to read these verses, I found them really soothing to my spirit when I read them. Paul tells us that God’s peace will guard our hearts and minds, as we continue our walk as followers of Christ.

I hope that everyone will accept the Salvation that Christ offers us through repentance and forgiveness of sin, something he suffered so much for bringing here to earth to teach us about.  He and God both went through terrible pain in order for Christ to come here and teach us about the spiritual purification that God offers, and I hope that everyone will avail themselves of the peace that Christ offers to us when we accept him into our hearts as our Savior.
